University of Glamorgan | | | About me | I have a keen passion for making short films and I have recently finished the editing and postproduction work on a 10-minute film in partnership with David Newton Stunts, called 'The Maries Report'.
I completed a placement at Daydream Education, designing graphics with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to create educational graphics for colleges and school projects.
I successfully set up my own company, Pinpoint Multimedia Ltd. which I ran as multimedia creative director. I managed projects for a diverse range of clients including, The South Wales Police, Clutterfly Jewellery, Vibe Creative, Sevic Engineering and The Blackout.
I collaborated on a short film called "11 Missed Calls" as part of the production crew. This film picked up an award for best film, in the DIY film festival, Los Angeles 2009.
I joined ffab:uk as a visual media executive, gaining experience in all aspects of video production, postproduction and DVD authoring. Whilst at ffab:uk I worked with a number of clients including Gatwick Express, Digital Media Consortia and The University of Aberystwyth.
After leaving university I worked freelance for Siriol Productions in Cardiff and for Splice TV Ltd in London.
I graduated from the University of Glamorgan in 2004, completing a three-year degree course in Animation, achieving a 2:1 B.A. Whilst studying at Glamorgan Centre for Art and Design Technology, I also obtain an HND in Digital Film Production. | |
