I have stage managed several festivals and before that I was the Producer at Absolute Internet TV which is based in Brighton. We covered all main local events, ie, Beachdown Festival, Pride, Shoreham Airshow, Fat Boy Slim Beach Boutique.
For 4 years before that I had my own small production Company in Canada, making music promos and snowboarders looking to get signed.
Before that I worked 'in house' and freelanced for main TV stations, including BBC, Thames, ITV, Living, from daytime TV shows to Music programmes, Documentaries and Current Affairs.
Due to the variety of work covered, I possess good all round production experience, have good initiative and instinct both creatively and for the public market. I am creative, organised, good with people and versatile. I work well as part of a team or on my own.
Areas covered: Producer, Assistant Producer, Director, Camera (various) all areas of Production and some editing experience. Stage managign and event organising.
I originally started out as a music journalist/gig reviewer for music mags and local papers - spent 8 yrs freelance and 'in-house' in TV - from daytime shows to music docs and current affairs covering a multitude of subjects. Directed and Produced 6 part radio play and 2 stage plays - took one to Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Produced to shooting stage a full length feature film. Produced an Opera in Italy and a full length Music Documentary.
