Twitter can be a fantastic addition to your business's communication channels - whether you're looking to raise your profile, communicate more easily, or add a new customer service channel that shows you're "on board" with their thinking.
It's also the fastest paced of the social media websites, and has its own conventions and terminology. This can make Twitter a confusing and time consuming place if you don't know what you're doing.

* Increase your influence on Twitter
* Write a great Twitter profile
* know what to talk about, and how to hit the right tone for this social environment
* Retweet, use Hashtags and Lists
* Understand Twitter etiquette - Dos and Don'ts
* Use Twitter to find people who need your product or services
* Build followers and measure your success
* Service your customers
* Increase the reach of your personal or business brand
* Utilise tools to manage your Twitter conversations more efficiently

About the Trainer - Mark White
I'm Mark White and I run markymarket; a one-man business that I set up two years ago. Basically, I'm your Man At The Market - I find the best meat, fish and shellfish for customers at Smithfield and Billingsgate. I don't hold stock, I just buy to order, then deliver it the same morning so it's as fresh as it possibly can be.
I started markymarket in 2009 after leaving a career as an advertising copywriter that started in the eighties. The idea came from helping my friend who was chef/ owner of Mosaica restaurant in North London. He asked me to go to the wholesale markets with him and, while we were there, I saw an opportunity to provide fantastic quality food to people who didn't want to (or couldn't) get up at 2.30 in the morning.
I've developed the business from a £20 initial investment by building on the marketing skills I learned during my advertising career and using social media as much as possible, especially
twitter. Social media is now an indispensable part of markymarket and I'd like to give you a few insights that will let you make the most of it too.
