How do I cancel my subscription?

Want to cancel your monthly subscription? Worried your annual subscription will rebill you automatically?

The repeat monthly subscription is set up to bill you on or around the same day of each month (whatever day of the month the subscription began). You can cancel this at any time - after as many or few payments as you choose. To cancel your subscription contact us by email or give us a call on 020 7700 4994. To immediately cancel the subscription yourself (e.g. over the weekend / out of office hours) please click here.

Annual Subscription
The annual subscription is a one-off payment which gives you premium membership for one year from the date of your subscription. This will not rebill you the following year.
