Colourist

Primary Job Category

Colourists work within the post production department and are responsible for enhancing and finishing off the colour on the picture. They are responsible for creating the look that a client wants as well as fixing any problems which may have occurred such as over or under exposure.

Colourists need to work quickly and be able to communicate well with clients as well having a good knowledge of cinematography, and some knowledge of editing.
