What does an Animator do?

An Animator takes a series of images and creates the illusion of movement through rapidly moving between the images.

Animators can work in 2D animation or 3D model making animation and computer generated animation.

An Animator has to listen carefully to a brief and then think about how to bring it to life. The processes which follow are varied and can include designing models, sets, characters, and using software such as Maya to make computer generated graphics.
